The night begins with a cool aperetif – a glass of our blanc de blanc sparking wine – to enjoy as you explore the vineyard grounds and watch the sun set over the river. As you take your seat and the evening's music leads you further into the night, four seasonal courses, specially prepared by Executive Chef Carlisle and Chef de Cuisine Ernie Labrecque, will appear before you as if carried in by the cool river breeze, each paired with one of our exquisite wines.
